Frederick D. Williams
NDT Consultant
Mr. Williams began his NDT career in the United States Air Force in 1981, primarily assigned to fighter aircraft such as the F-15 Eagle.
After separating from the Air Force, he decided to pursue advanced NDT experience and eventual Level III certification in the civilian industry. Prior to founding Level 3 Associates, Mr. Williams served as the NDT Practice Director for Metal and Materials Engineers and was a majority of Certified Inspection Services, a subsidiary of MME that specialized in Aviation NDT.
During the course of his 31 year NDT career, Mr. Williams has worked for companies such as Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Applied Technical Services, and ATC Associates.
Mr. Williams is currently ASNT #76623 certified in MT, PT and UT, he holds corporate Level III certification in RT and ET as well as CWI certification.
